3.We will issue the purchase summary and invoice, please make the payment within 5 days after you received the invoice.

3. We do provide combined shipping for every two boutique bows purchased.


Shipping Charges
1. Before placing the order, we would like to quote the shipping cost for your reference.
2. For the accurate shipping charge quoting, please provide the following information in the email:
    Within Canada: Postal Code, City or Province.
    USA: Zip Code, State or Territory.
    Internationl: Name of the country.
3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs prior to purchase.
4. We provide local pick up service, only restricted in Regina, SK, Canada.


Delivery Time

1. We usually ship the item within 2 business days after received the clear payment from buyer. All shipping charges include postage and handling fees.
2. There may be influenced by holidays, weather problem or other uncertainties, so not guarantee the shipping time. And the delivery time is as reference from Canada Post.

    Canada: around 2-9 business days. (remote area: 13 days)
    USA: around 6-12 business days.
    International: around 4-6 weeks.

Return Policy (International Customers)

1. We accept item be returned with 7 days after received.
2. Return will not be accepted if you purchased the wrong item or change other item.
3. Return item must not be used.
4. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance.
